to our terms and conditions before enrolling in any ABS program.

Coaching Services

Parents and students who would like additional coaching services are to contact Coach De La Cruz with their request.  Any parent or student who attempts to hire any ABS coach for extra practice sessions outside of our program will automatically forfeit all monies paid to ABS and will not be allowed to continue with the program.

Refunds 

Parents requesting a refund for any reason must submit a written request to ABS.  If warranted and the request is approved, a check will be refunded (minus any services rendered, court rental fees and ABS PayPal payment fees) within seven to ten days.

Note: Your account must first go to our audit department to review all services and training sessions rendered. All accounts will be charged a $35 audit fee when a refund is requested.

1-on-1 Training and Evaluation Sessions
Parents cancelling or rescheduling any 1-on-1 training or evaluation session which has been confirmed will be charged a $45 fee.

Make-up Sessions (All Training Programs)
Students are offered 1 make up session when/if court time and space is available.

* Parents are required to inform ABS in advance (by e-mail) when their child is going to miss any training session.

Waiver of  Liability

It is the parent’s responsibility to assure that their child is in good physical condition before applying for any ABS program.  ABS and its coaching staff will not be held responsible for any emergencies or accidents that occur while your child is attending an ABS program. Further, by your child participating in any ABS program, you assume the risk of injury.

Club Team Training Dues/Fees (Jags 2008 Summer Team)
Monthly Club Training Fees are due on the 25th of each month.
A $15 late fee will be added if your payment is not received before the 1st of each month.
